All new users will have the default password assigned to them based on the Location Settings. When a new user attempts a first-time login, the system will require that the user create a new and unique password for account access.

To view and change the default password that will be assigned to all new users created:

  1. From the menu bar, click Admin.
  2. Select Location Settings from the drop-down list.
  3. Click on the Location tab and click the Edit link in the upper left.
  4. Locate the Default Password setting. In the textbox, enter a new default password that will be assigned to all new users.
  5. Click the Update link in the upper left to save changes.
